Kristine Roy, CHHC, AADP
As the founder of Sierra Sol Wellness, I help women navigate life’s transitions with whole-person care rooted in functional nutrition, clinical herbalism, energy work, and wellness coaching. Drawing on nearly 20 years in the healing arts, I guide women toward greater vitality, resilience, and trust in their body’s innate wisdom.
I am a clinical herbalist, farmer, Reiki master, board-certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). My practice is rooted in the Wise Woman Tradition and the interconnectedness of land, food, body, and spirit. My additional training includes auriculotherapy, sound therapy, cupping therapy, holistic skincare as a licensed esthetician, yoga and somatic movement, and full-spectrum birthwork and deathwork. Together, these experiences have shaped a practice that honors the whole person and recognizes the many ways healing can be supported.Whether I’m tending my garden, hiking through the mountains, or studying traditional healing practices, I’m continually reminded that nature has much to teach us about resilience, balance, and transformation. These lessons shape both my life and my work. ♡
MY PHILOSOPHY
So many women enter midlife feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, confused by changes they never expected or believing they’re simply a normal part of aging. I believe every woman deserves to understand what’s happening in her body—and to know that many of these changes can be understood, supported, and gently improved through knowledge, compassion, and whole-person care. The body is wise. It deserves curiosity instead of criticism, and even the smallest thoughtful changes can lead to meaningful transformation over time. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering knowledge, compassionate support, encouragement, and whole-person care as you reconnect with your health, your resilience, and your sense of possibility—embracing midlife as a season of growth, vitality, and meaningful transformation.
Education & Certifications
My education reflects a lifelong commitment to understanding the body from multiple perspectives—from functional nutrition and herbal medicine to nervous system regulation, movement, women’s health, and trauma-informed care.
