A credit card is required to schedule all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless a missed appointment fee is assessed.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all rescheduled appointments and cancellations. Clients who reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a missed appointment fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
If you no call, no show for any appointment you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
