Kristine Roy, CHHC, AADP

Founder of Sierra Sol Wellness (and former owner of Sage Wellness PDX, LLC in Portland, OR), I have been studying and practicing the healing arts for over 15 years and offer sensitive and compassionate trauma-informed care with a truly holistic approach.

I am a clinical herbalist, Reiki master, and board-certified Integrative Nutrition health coach with training in many additional modalities including auriculotherapy (ear seeds), cupping therapy, holistic skincare, and somatic movement, as well as full-spectrum birthwork and deathwork. Every aspect of my work is rooted in the Wise Woman Tradition and deeply inspired by my connection to the natural world.

A mother of four and grandmother of one, in my free time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors – hiking and working on my farm. ♡
