Kristine Roy, CHHC, AADP

As the founder of Sierra Sol Wellness, I draw on nearly 20 years’ experience in the healing arts to offer sensitive, compassionate, trauma-informed care that honors the whole person.

I am a clinical herbalist, Reiki master, board-certified Integrative Nutrition health coach and soon-to-be Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with training in many additional modalities including auriculotherapy, sound therapy, cupping therapy, holistic skincare (licensed esthetician), and yoga/somatic movement, as well as full-spectrum birthwork and deathwork. Every aspect of my work is rooted in the Wise Woman Tradition and deeply inspired by my connection to the natural world.

A mother of four and grandmother of one, in my free time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors – hiking and working on my small farm as well as reading and learning. ♡
