New Client Information
New clients – please be sure to complete all paperwork online prior to your initial appointment.
Late Arrivals
When we reserve time for you, we require all of that time to provide you with the best quality care possible. When you are late it decreases our ability to accomplish this and impacts the clients scheduled after you. We offer a 15 minute grace period to all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, you may be charged a 50% missed appointment fee and asked to reschedule the appointment.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless pre-paid online. We accept contactless credit/debit card payment via Square or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. While we make every effort to provide an email reminder at least 48 hours before your appointment, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. We charge 50% of the appointment fee to clients who cancel less than 48 hours in advance. If this should happen more than once, you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment fee. If you no call, no show for any appointment you will be charged the full amount of your service. Repeat offenders will no longer be allowed to schedule with our office.
